艺术上街头(一) Art on the Street

温哥华不是四季如春, 但街头艺术, 无论动的或静的, 也很丰富。现在介绍一些固定的展览，今年还多了中印艺术家的作品。The following are some art displays throughout our city. and this year with art works from China and India.

狮子会等慈善团体举行的BC省野生动物造形， 每年一个主题，第一年是鲸鱼。A BC Lions project for Children with Disabilities. Artists each will make a statue of that year’s theme animal. Wales was the first year’s project.

熊第二年登场。Then the bear.

BC今年主题是鹰，有一百三十多件作品在本省各地展出。This year’s theme is Eagles in the City. With 130 artists displaying their eagles throughout BC

明年四月, 所有展品将举行拍卖,为儿童基金筹款。Next April, at the end of the displays, the Eagles will be auction off.

火车站附近，工厂外墙变成画壁。Warehouses near the Train Station. Free spaces for artists showing their works.

画具油漆等由热心人士赞助。It was one of City’s urban project.

几十位美术爱好者, 画家参与, 包括华裔女子在内。Many artists took part, including Chinese-Canadians.

爱德华皇子村, 图书馆门外多组动物造形之一。Art works at the new King Edward Village. Outside the public Library.

加拿大线英皇站外艺术品。以前不知是什么，原来是印度青年把甲虫模型车从高空掉下做成不同程度的损毁，及标示完成的日期。History of Loss – King Edward Station, Canada Line, by young artist from India. Damaged Beetle model cars showing the finished dates.

中国摄影家的作品在繁忙的佐治亚大街展出。Chinese photography display on the busy Georgia Street. Downtown Vancouver.

中国艺术家的笑口群像到了英吉利海湾。Massive statues display in English Bay, also by artist from China.

不同姿态, 大笑如一。All laughing with different postures.
