旅行相薄（6）德国女孩在中国

Travel Log (6) Exchange Students (extracts from Jana’s writing)

The first student-exchange program between a high school in Marl, Germany and Zhejiang Tongxiang high School, China, took place in China last October.

Marl, with a population of 90,000, most of them work in the local Chemistry Park is situated at the north Rhine valley in Western Germany. Well known for its Culture and the “Grimme-Preis” TV Award Presentations.

The girls in the photo, Jana and Lea both 16 years of age, practice TaeKwonDo and writing, dancing, horse riding, plus sports and music in general. Their group (3 teachers 26 students) had spent 7 days in Zhej Tong High and 7 nights with host families. They jointed in school activities, attended classes with local partners, played basketball against Tongxiang High students with many enthusiastic spectators. And then the farewell party, new found friends must say goodbye to each other. It was such a great experience and good memories for many years to come. They are looking forward to meet again in Germany next year.

The second week they visited Hangzhou (beautiful), Shanghai (amazing), Zuzhou (nice but was shocked by the terrible living conditions in one village). They were sadden but were glad they were able to see both sides of China.

Finally, over- night train to Beijing, where soldiers were seen in Tian Men Square. Saw the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, the Bird’s Nest, and the Great Walls before they flew home. All in all, everybody really enjoyed the trip and would like to visit China many, many more times in the future.

上一篇我们看过人与人之间的交流是多么重要。今天我们看看德国莱茵河畔的马尔市因络坎普一级文理中学, 与浙江桐乡市高中的交换学生首次活动。

德国14至16岁男女中学生、老师一行29 人去年10月到访桐乡高级中学，作为期七天的交流学习。双方一起生活、休息、上课(书画手艺等), 参加校内校外文娱节目、球赛、表演和乌镇一日游等。 平时以英语交谈, 德国学生意外地发觉浙桐高中有些中国学生说得比来客更流利，中国校舍也大一倍。

26 人结对26 个中国学生家庭，让德方学生充分感受到家庭的温馨。那些接待家长已做了许多功课, 研究中西式早餐, 又尊重外国人的私隐习俗, 无事不走入客人的房间。七天转眼过去, 欢送晚会上两校师生轮流上台演出, 中西合璧, 丰富多彩, 高潮迭起。活动结束后大家依依依惜别，期望明年德国再见。

接下来七天德国学生参观了苏州、杭州、上海和北京。美景和大城市风貌, 使他们叹为观止；但参观贫民区时看到居住环境十分恶劣, 令他们震惊；但他们也荣幸有机会体验到中国多方面的社会现象，希望以后有机会再来。
